The registration form constitutes a contractual offer by you to us, subject to these Terms and Conditions and no others. This document (the “Membership Terms and Conditions”) sets out the relationship between you and Islamic Shaadi, to which you expressly agree once you accept the Membership Terms and Conditions.
Islamic Shaadi reserves the right to remove any member found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Membership is specifically intended for individuals who belong to the Sunni school of thought, which is a primary condition for registration.
Even if a member is a premium member, Islamic Shaadi does not take responsibility for refunds in cases where the member is removed for violating these Terms and Conditions. We therefore request all members to carefully review these terms before registering or purchasing any membership.
Only individuals who belong to the Sunni school of thought are invited to register on our website.
Membership Terms and Conditions
- You affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have not provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information in order to use this website.
- The IP address of anyone found to be using the services of Islamic Shaadi while under the age of 18 may be banned immediately.
- You affirm that you are a practising Sunni Muslim seeking to marry a practising Ahle Hadees spouse.
- The Islamic Shaadi website is intended to help individuals find a spouse in a halal manner. If you are a parent or wali of a sister, you may register on behalf of your child with her permission.
- Islamic Shaadi is intended solely for the personal use of individual members and not for commercial or business purposes. If you are a business entity or commercial concern, your presence on the site is not permitted. Islamic Shaadi reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against unauthorized matrimonial requests or registrations made by business and commercial entities.
Terms of Use
You expressly agree to use this service subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Carefully read, understand, and agree to all the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with them, you forgo the right to use our services.
- Register as a member solely for the purpose of finding a spouse, or as a parent/wali on behalf of a child with their permission.
- Keep all information provided by other members private and confidential. Do not share such information with anyone without permission.
- Do not request, solicit, or send money or financial assistance to any member.
- Do not upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
- Do not enter personal contact details in fields other than those specifically designated for such information. The administration may delete profiles that violate this requirement.
- Do not post or communicate vulgar, un-Islamic, harmful, fraudulent, or criminal content.
- Do not engage in harassment, racism, bigotry, violence, invasion of privacy, or illegal activities.
- Do not send unsolicited mass mailings, spam, chain letters, or promotional messages, or use the platform to promote products or services.
- Do not collect, request, or attempt to obtain personal or financial information from other members.
- Ensure that all profile information and photographs are authentic, truthful, and recent. You must obtain appropriate consent for any other individuals who may appear incidentally in photographs you upload.
- Follow all restrictions and limitations imposed by Islamic Shaadi, including those relating to the moderation of profiles and messages.
- Share contact details only after establishing sufficient compatibility and trust. Once communications move off the Islamic Shaadi platform, Islamic Shaadi is not responsible for any resulting interactions, communications, or issues.
- Profiles are manually reviewed and may be approved within 24–48 hours. Suspicious or potentially fraudulent profiles may be rejected and banned.
- Do not spam, abuse, threaten, or misuse the support or administration system. Violations may result in a permanent ban.
- Islamic Shaadi does not guarantee that any member will find a spouse. Responsibility for conducting appropriate due diligence rests entirely with the user.
- Members are encouraged to involve their family and wali in communications, particularly in the case of sisters. Marriage without a wali may be invalid in certain cases.
Fraud and Scam Warning
Members are strongly advised never to send money to anyone they meet through the website.
Requesting, soliciting, or sending money to another member is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and should be reported to Islamic Shaadi immediately.
Members should independently verify the identity, background, circumstances, and information provided by other members before proceeding with any matrimonial relationship.
Islamic Shaadi Is Held Harmless
You understand and agree that Islamic Shaadi shall be held harmless against any wrongdoing, scam, misrepresentation, fraud, deceit, or other misconduct committed by members.
Islamic Shaadi does not guarantee the accuracy of member profiles or the conduct or behavior of members. You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for independently verifying information provided by other members.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Islamic Shaadi harmless against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from your activities, conduct, use of the website, or breach of this agreement.
Inappropriate Use
Inappropriate use of the website includes, but is not limited to:
- Posting or sharing vulgar or inappropriate content
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Illegal activities
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Soliciting or promoting commercial activities
- Attempting to obtain personal or financial information from other members
- Any activity that violates these Terms and Conditions
Islamic Shaadi reserves the right to take appropriate action against members engaging in inappropriate use of the platform.
Termination & Service Interruption
Islamic Shaadi may terminate, suspend, restrict, or remove accounts at its discretion where it believes that a member has violated these Terms and Conditions or otherwise misused the service.
The service may also be temporarily interrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, updates, server problems, or other circumstances. Islamic Shaadi is not responsible for losses or inconvenience resulting from such temporary interruptions.
Content Policy & Monitoring
Members must provide accurate contact details and truthful information in their profiles.
Content that violates these Terms and Conditions or Islamic Shaadi's policies may be edited, restricted, or deleted.
Islamic Shaadi may monitor and moderate profiles, messages, and other activity on the platform in order to maintain safety, compliance, and adherence to these Terms and Conditions.
Use of Member Data
Islamic Shaadi may edit, modify, restrict, or delete information submitted by members where necessary to meet the platform's criteria, policies, or requirements.
Islamic Shaadi also reserves the right to monitor and moderate activity conducted through the website and its services.
Messages & Replies
Response times between members may vary. Members are requested to communicate respectfully and patiently.
If you receive offensive, inappropriate, suspicious, or abusive communications, you should report the member to Islamic Shaadi.
Islamic Shaadi is not responsible for interactions, communications, arrangements, or issues that occur between members outside the platform.
Refund Policy
Payments made for membership packages are non-refundable.
Users have the option to register using a free plan and express interest in a limited number of profiles before choosing to purchase a premium membership.
Members are therefore encouraged to review the available services and ensure that the selected membership is suitable before making payment.
Notifications & Communications
Islamic Shaadi may send emails and other communications relating to:
- Registration and account processing
- Requests and inquiries
- Profile matches
- Website updates
- Service-related notifications
- Promotional communications
Members should not mark legitimate Islamic Shaadi communications as spam, as doing so may prevent important service-related messages from being delivered.
Terms of Use Modifications
By using Islamic Shaadi, members consent to the collection and publication of information in accordance with the website's policies and these Terms and Conditions.
Islamic Shaadi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
It is the member's responsibility to review this agreement periodically. Continued use of the website and services after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
